Chantelle Norrie is a certified Personal Trainer and founder of BhavaBody, delivering strength-based personal training services with a structured and evidence-informed approach. Her coaching is grounded in the philosophy of Bhava, referring to state of being and presence, which informs her emphasis on mindful, intentional movement.

Chantelle provides personalised strength training programs informed by Pilates principles, including postural alignment, core stability, breath control, and movement quality. Training is delivered through one-on-one and small group sessions and is designed to improve muscular strength, mobility, stability, and functional movement capacity.

Her practice incorporates functional training methods alongside education around sustainable exercise habits and body awareness. Programs are individually tailored based on client goals, movement capacity, and training history, with an emphasis on safety, progression, and long-term adherence.
